I want to thank my friend and co-worker Vasyl Oleksenko (our classrooms are right next to each other- he teaches engineering and I teach art.) He gave me permission to paint his super cute daughter to help bring awareness to the conflict occurring in Ukraine. He himself currently has family there, and they are going through a very tough time. The people there need help and humanitarian aid. Vasyl will be starting his own charitable fundraiser soon to bring support to those in the Ukraine (more info soon)
